office2000 on windows xp

hi
i have recently upgraded my computer to xp from win98 but
am still running office 2000. When i do office update it
says i have to install o2ksr1a. i download but when i try
to install it says sr1 already installed and goes out and
won"t let me download any other updates

HELP
