Office2003, PIA (Primary Interop Assemblies)

I installed Office 2003 Professional, ALL the options. Repaired it twice. Reinstalled one more time.

Why do I NOT get these PIA (Primary Interop Assemblies)? I was thinking I will get these files on my disk:

%windir%\assembly\GAC\Microsoft.Office.Interop.Owc11\11.0.0.0__71e9bce111e9429c\Microsoft.Office.Interop.Owc11.dll

I do NOT even see the directory %windir%\assembly\GAC

Thanks for help in advance.

You need to have VS.Net (or at least the .Net framework) installed on your machine first. The OWC11 PIA will show up under the OWC11 option in setup
