Office2003 SP2 MS Access Issue

I have installed Service Pack 2 for Office 2003 and now MS Access won't run.
All other programs work fine and show that SP2 is installed. When I try to
run Access it starts each time as if it is installing and then when the
progress bar is compete nothing happens.

SP2 claims to have completed successfully.

I have uninstalled Office 2003 and reinstalled to SP1 several times and each
time Access works. But as soon as I put SP2 on Access does not open.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I need to upgrade all of our
users.
