Office2003 updates repeatedly fail. Files already downloaded.

My Office 2003 update repeatedly fails. It says files already downloaded.
How do I erase them to start over?

If you are using the Office Update Site you are not able to download the
Updates. If you really want to download the Updates to Office you will need
to do it manually from the MS Office site selecting the separately the ones
that you desire.
