I just downloaded and installed Office 2008 update 12.1.5 and have
no idea what was changed or updated. The update from MS did not
contain a Read Me file or put somewhere I can't find.

The update seems to be okay but sure would like to know what
changed?

The blurb on the above listed URL does not say very much

Version 12.15: This update contains several improvements to enhance
stability, compatibility, and performance. In addition, this update
includes fixes for vulnerabilities that an attacker can use to overwrite

If you read further in the linked kb article, it gives specific
improvements for Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Entourage.

However, it's very common that improvements (especially ones that might
deal with security) are purposely vague.
