Hotfixes and Service Packs are different animals.
(Hotfixes, for example aren't available from the
regular Office download site, but from MS support).
How you deployed each edition of Office originally
and whether they're 'managed' installs also affect
'how' you can update clients.
You may want to start with the MS Office Resource Kits
for each edition and look at the sections on how to
deploy, maintain and update the configurations.

How do i update or get a hotfix/service packs on Ms Office installed on my
office network remotely ? i mean , i can deploy to all my clients without
having to visit them 1 to 1.
