Office2KPro only works for installer (Admin)

All products work fine for Administrator, but not for
other users (Admin equiv.) sharing Win2K PCs. I've
checked rights to no avail. This is a new instal on two
PCs.

When any other user trys to access Word, Excel, etc., they
get an error msg and Windows Installer screen message that
a feature is not available for O2K.

Trying to fix it by inserting the O2KPro CD, I get the
following msg:
"The file 'D:\Data1.msi' is not a valid installation
package for the product O2Kpro. Try to find the install
package 'data1.msi' in a folder from which you can install
O2Kpro."

I'm on a 28.8kbps dialup, so cannot use the Knowlegebase
very well.

Any ideas?

I get the same thing for office 2k premium. I can't open
anything word, excell, outlook, NOTHING

I don't know! I can't eben un-install and re-install
another version.

I'm stumped too
