OfficeLink to Word2003

There are a couple of columns that look GREAT while
viewing the report, but when I use the OfficeLink to pull
them into Word, the last digit of the date in the left-
hand column, the last few characters under the detail
field AND any text exceeding four lines disappears. It
shows up in Access when viewing the report, but not after
it's brought into word. What's causing this?

Please advise.
