OfficePro 2003 Reloading

I had this software loaded on a desktop that crashed. How can I reload the
software on a new laptop? I don't have access to the original drive but have
the numbers and the original discs from the original purchase thru Dell.
Should I be able to download this from Microsoft? I am a novice to this type
of issue.

No, you can't download it and no, you can't install it on a new computer.
Since it came with your desktop, you are limited to that system. OEM
software is cheaper and now you know one of the reasons why.

If you don't have the original CD, you cannot install the software. You maty
be able to obtain replacement software:
