OfficeUpdate wants to install XP SP3 when 2003 SP1 is installed

When I have Office Update search for Critical updates it lists Office XP
Service Pack 3 even though I have Office 2003 Service Pack 1 installed and
not Office XP?

How can I fix my system so that Office Update finds the correct updates?
