OfficeXP 2003 and MS Office Proofing Tools 2002 problem

Hi folks,
I'm trying to install Proofing Tools and the installer says there's no
Office software on the computer/ Do I have to buy PT 2003 for this?

Yes, each version is specific to the Office version.
