OfficeXP multiple print problem

Hello,

I have a problem printing more than one copy of a document
in OfficeXP. The print job goes through fine but only one
copy comes out.

If I try printing multiples from the Internet, for
example, they print perfectly.

I'm running Win XP Pro, Office XP Pro and Novell 3.32.

Has anyone experienced this before?
