OfficeXp or 2003

I have been told that officeXp is the same as Office 2003. Is this
correct ?.

If NOT, what is the difference ?

No it is not. I cannot tell you the difference between Office 2002(XP) and
Off 2003 since I never used the XP version. Maybe someone will come along
and explain further.
