Office XP
Windows XP SP2
I don't know what I did, but the Microsoft Photo Editor
(PhotoED.exe) always opens Maximized now. If I hit
the "Restore Down" button to so that I can re-size it, it
minimizes to the task bar. The only way to get back
again is to right click it on the taskbar and maximize
it. I've tried doing a uninstall/reinstall, but it did
not help.
I've also tried bumping up my resolution just to make
sure it wasn't sitting somewhere off-screen when I hit
the restore-down button.
Why is it doing this?
