OfficeXP Pro/Frontpage W32EN Setup error 2232

I have an OEM CD of OfficeXP Pro/Frontpage W32EN and when
I enter the CD Key and my name then select any setup
option it produces this message. When I click OK it exits
setup and sends an error report to MS. What do I do???

"Error 2232. An internal eror has occured. (
