OfficeXP SBS - Outlook install problem

D

DanTheMan

Hi there
After outlook install I get three(3) err msgs.
1. Unable to open default email folders. The .dll for the info service could
not be found. MAPI was unable to load service PSTPRX.dll. Be sure...etc.
2. Would you like to open default system folder Y or N
3. (After selecting proper pst file in local\application\microsoft\outlook)
An error occurred in folder shortcuts file (.fav) outlook will recreate...
Brief history - uninstall off2003pro (going backwards) install
access/powerpoint/outlook office2000pro then officexp sbs - all in unique
folders (office2k,officexp,office2003)
Any suggestions? Is 2003 hanging around in registry?
TIA
Dan
