Offive 97 on WinXP Home

I installed Office 97 on a machine with Windows XP Home
and can't seem to get rid of the annoying Office tool
bar. I was able to get rid of it easily when I used
Windows 98. In XP it doesn,t show up in startup like it
did in Windows 98. How can I get rid of it? Anybody else
seen this and know how to get around it?

If you're referring to the "Office Shortcut Bar", just right-click in
the title bar area (at the end of the bar), choose "Exit", and when it
asks you if you want it to start when Windows stars, say NO.
