Using outlook 03.
have an offline address book (from my company) in my notebook.
Have a PocketPC and synch up regularly with this notebook and my desktop at
home.
For the calendar meetings, outlook always asks me the addresses of the
participants in the meetings as it can't find them in the local address book
(in the desktop).
To avoid having to enter them each time, thought I would like to copy the
offline company address book to the desktop... but
- can't find it (probably embedded in the .ost file)
- not sure there is an alternative
Any hints? suggestions?
Many thanks!!!!
PS: tried other solutions like mapping all the bsuiness addresses to a
single one and not synching up, etc... but just scr**** up all the meeting
attendees!!
