Offline Address Book Outlook XP SP3

Hi,

When downloading the offline address book in Outlook XP SP3 not all
addresses are downloaded. It appears that new users that have been added to
Exchange (I'd say in the last month) do not appear in the offline address
book. All addresses from the GAL are downloaded in Office 2003 so I doubt it
is a size issue on Exchange. We've re-created the profile, deleted the OAB's
and OST and started again and have got the same result. We have also tested
this on another machine with the same results, so i am assuming it's an
Office XP issue.

It's just as likely, maybe more, that the problem is on the server, in generating the OAB files.
