Offline Calendar

I have a user (user A) who would like to access a
calendar offline. The calendar belongs to another user
(user B) and is accessible when user A is plugged into
the nework. However when user A undocks and clicks on the
shortcut for the Calendar, it gives a message that it's
unavailable. All of her other 5 folders are available,
but this shared calendar isn't.

Since Outlook has no facility for taking another user's data offline, I'm at a loss to explain what you're seeing. Maybe you can give us more details.
