Offline Document

Hello,

I'm having problems making the attached command work in XP/Word 2003. The
line below triggers the offline sync in Windows for an attached template.
Within Word 2000 / Windows 2000 the command works - yet in XP/Word 2003 it
doesn't.

Any ideas or if does anyone know how I can make this file run offline, via a
VBA macro.

MyFileandPath.InvokeVerb ("Make A&vailable Offline")

Any ideas would be appreciated.
