We have all of our users save their .pst files to a particular drive so that
if their hard drive dies, we always have a backup copy. I have one user that
appears to have set her Archive Folder to be 'offline'--which is impossible
because when she's not connected to the network, she can't connect to her
..pst file.
When she logs off everyday she gets this error:
“Offline Files: unable to make ‘archive1.pst.’ (or ‘archive2.pst’) available
offline. Files of this type cannot be made available offline.â€
I looked in help and it tells me to go to the folder, right click, go to
Properties and choose the 'archive' tab so I can turn it off. Problem being
that Archive Folders don't appear to -have- that tab.
