Offline Folder Synchronization and XP SP2

Hi,

Has anyone else experienced a problem when synchronizing upon exit on
Outlook 2000 SP3 with it just hanging while synchronizing the Outlook
Security Settings folder.

This now occurs since installing XP SP2, also it happens on another laptop.

I have recreated my ost file to no avail.
