New Laptop with Outlook 2002
Old Laptop worked fine (The only difference with the new
laptop is that the laptop is not part of the domain)
I am not sure if I am authenticating against the domain, I
am using the same user name and password.
When I open Outlook a new dialog appears on the tool bar
indicating it is trying to download data from Outlook.
This is a different box then the Synch Box.
The new dialog box appears randomly through out the use of
Outlook.
It does get the data eventually.
I set up Offline use and it creates an OST, but it never
synchs offline. The OST size never changes.
When I right click on a folder and check to make sure that
Offline is selected for the folder, there are no radio
buttons to allow offline access. The only thing is a
filter button.
Have I confired Outlook correctly?
