Outlook 2k3 Offline File Issue

I have upgraded my Office suite from Office XP to Office 2003. With in
Outlook I had offline folder sync setup. Now that I have upgraded the offline
folders are not getting synchronized when I do a full sync (F9). I have
checked the configuration and the folders items I want to sync offline are
checked and I have it set to sync all offline folders with the push of the F9
key. But after pushing the F9 and then checking the properties of a folder
that is marked for offline sync the last sync date show the date that I
performed the upgrade to Office 2003. I also tried renaming the current OST
file and trying it again. It created a new OST file but nothing is in it.

Anyone have an idea on how to fix?
