offline synchronizaton of "large messages" in outlook 2003

In Outlook 2000 I had the option of setting up the "large messages" folder so
that it would not synchronize offline. The messages were available only when
connected online. This was very useful for dial-up connections.
Is this feature available in Outlook 2003?
Right now, the "large messages" folder is completely synchronized and
available for offline use - a pain for dial-up connections.
