Offline Templates

Searching and searching, I have not been able to find away to use any of the
templates downloaded from the webside or using the software in general to use
at a later date as with XP and 2003. How is it possible to keep a template
you have downloaded to be used again when looking to create a new template
without needing to reconnect to the internet to find it again?

When you download the template, does it open in the application?

If so, choose File | Save As and select "template" from the "save as
templates" dropdown box. That should take you to the folder where templates
are stored so you can access them via File | New.

If you mention the application, we can probably offer more specific
instructions -- or does this happen in Word, Excel and PowerPoint all three?
