We have just upgraded from Outlook 2002 to 2003. I have
several users who work offline, since the upgrade a few
users .ost files are not being updated. I have tried re-
creating their .ost files, disabling then re-enabling
offline use, even recreating their profiles. Once I
create a new .ost file and sync up it only syncs up about
200K then stops. I have tried putting them in cached mode
but this isn't receiving fast enough while they are
connected to the network in the office. Our Exchange
server is still at 2000 (upgrading to 2003 next month)
Does anyone know what's causing this offline issue?
