Offline version of Office Training

I am using the Office Training site to learn Word and Excel.

However, I am not always online, is there an offline version that I can use?

There are probably thousands of sites with information that can be saved and

While the courses on the Office Online website aren't setup for download use, there are courses (about $2/month/course with 1 year
subscription to each course) at MS e-learning for Office 2003 that can be downloaded.

There are free courses there for learning Office 2007 that can also be downloaded and/or used online
