I have recently submitted a template for the help in planning events,
meetings, and banquets today. I made the timeline a few months ago in Visio.

The PowerPoint Presentation template submitted this morning could be very
useful. Hopefully it will be approved soon for the template boards. This is
the first template I've submitted to the boards, so I am hoping it will be a
success for everyone.
As all events are unique, you will need to estimate the actual time required
for yourself as some events take up to two years or more of planning.
