OffXP missing "Answer Wizard" details on F1

I have just installed OfficeXP on 3 different Terminal
Server, 2 of them are OK, however one is not.

On one of my servers, when I press F1 to call up help, I
only get the Contents tab [with Contents details]. I DO
NOT get any details under the "Answer Wizard" or
the "Index" tab. My cursor changes to a 2-side-way arrow
when I hover over this area in which I need to see the
contents.

All users to the server are affected.
