Ofice 2007 not with default aero skin

Hi.

I noticed that my office 2007 is not with the deafult aero skin. You ca see
this here:

Any idea to fix this? What is the problem?

Aero is not an Office skin. Aero is Vista user interface.

You can change the look of Office by going into the Office button and
selecting Options - Popular - Color schemes

I understand aero is Vista. I have Vista. What I meant is My office has no
glass borders as you can see in the picture. Why only office has this
behavior?

I don't want to change from blue to silver nor black. I want to have the
glass look.

Is more clear now?
