Ofice 2007 not with default aero skin

I understand aero is Vista. I have Vista. What I meant is My office has no
glass borders as you can see in the picture. Why only office has this
behavior?

I don't want to change from blue to silver nor black. I want to have the
glass look.

Is more clear now?
