Ofice Binder in XP

Believe it or not, I just discovered Office Binder on
Win/Office 2K at work. Great application. However, I use
XP at home and apparently Binder is not part of the
package.

1 - Anyone know why Binder has been dropped, and
2 - Can I install the 2K version onto the XP system
