We created two templates (*.oft) as task request and placed them on our
internal website. Both templates are setup with a default email address and
the send function so all the user has to do is fill in the information and
click the "Send" button.
One of the templates work perfect through the organization. The other
template open as a task, but the To: function and the "Send" button does not
appear on some systems in the organization and other systems it appear fine
(as designed). The one that do not work appear comes up with "Assign Task"
button on the tool bar where the ones that work comes come up with "cancel
assignment".
I can not see any reason why these come up different. Is there a setting in
Outlook that I am missing?
