Hello,
I have done searches on this topic throught google and this news
group, yet failed to find a topic that suited my question directly.
The company I work for is using Win2003 and terminal services to
implement MSOffice 2003. I upgraded to office 2003 sp2 over the
weekend. Our employees use a form created by my supervisor to report
resident status that is e-mailed to all those who need to know the
status of said resident. Here is what transpires.
1. Employee "A" goes to the remote desktop and opens up the forms
folder located on her remote desktop
2. She double clicks the ".oft " file that is the form for status
reports.
3. File opens up Outlook and the form then can be filled in: date of
form, status of resident, notes and who made report, etc etc.
4. Employee "A" clicks on Send, which then mails to about 10 primary
recipients and 2 cc's.
5. Employee "B" receives e-mail and proceeds to open the email to
view.
6. Employee "B" sees nothing but white space.
What we have tried is to send the form as an attachment to the console
and publish it there. Still no good.
I'm about to try the registry fix from http://support microsoft.com/?
id=907985
Is there any fixes that you can point me to? I don't claim to be an
Office expert so please help by explaining in a bit of detail or
pointing me to where I can read how-to in detail.
Or would it be advisable to recreate the entire form?
