Ohh boy. Can this be done

Hi Wordologists,

Here is an interesting dilema. I have some documents that were given to me. These documents are all a minimum of 65 pages. When these documents were created, a space was left in the top left hand corner for the company logo that was pre-printed on letterhead. Now the company wants to make these documents electronic with the logo.

My question is, how do I get this logo to show up without having to manipulate 1000's of pages in all these documents. I was thinking of inserting the logo into the header, but there are multiple section headers in each document (no, I did not write these, just cleaning up the mess or poor document planning). And is there an automatic way to do this.

More simply put, what is the easiest way to insert a picture into 1000's of pages in the same location on every page?

Thanks for your time!!
Erick

Insert the logo in one header. Fine-tune its placement (Format | Picture |
Layout: Advanced) and save it as an AutoText entry. Skip to the next header
and insert the AutoText entry. Show Next and F4. Continue through to the
last section.
