Ohotfix for Updateing Office

Hi:

I would like to know what type of permissions the end
user must have to update his/her office xxx suite from a
mapped drive to the network that holds ohotfix, exe, ini,
and dll plus the different patches needed. The initial
office installation was a local one not administrative.

Any help to solve this matter will be highly appreciatted.
