OK, are they free or separate products?

Now that Office 2003's release date has been announced, I still cannot find
a statement whether the following will be free or be separate products that
may be purchased:

- MSFT Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System

- Microsoft Office Access 2003 Developer Extensions

They will probably be paid versions but you can check the Office site for
more information once the availability of Office is more widely publicized.
