You've created two subforms and now you want to create subforms... I'm
sorry, Ann, but I have NO trace of notion what you are trying to do.
B. How do I get a blank page in my form sothat I can search for all psot

Take a look at "Query By Form" in the menu.
And how do I do this on a data access page??

By starting over completely. Access Forms and DAP's are altogether
different animals.

Create new forms for each "subform". Now set the SubForm control's Source
property equal to the name of the form you wish displayed there.

I'm sorry I don't understand this question.
