OK to install KB 946517 hotfix on Project Server Environment?

I have 2007 Project Server deployment running on a single box with Server
2008. I am witnessing the same sort of errors detailed in the KB article
946517 (<http://support.microsoft.com/kb/946517>).

The article does not explicitly state that it is ok to install this hotfix
onto a Project Server environment, however since its running on SharePoint, I
would assume the source of the errors would be the same.

Having read the hotfix article I see no reason why could can't install it.
Test beforehand....
