Ok with attachments

I have a problem in Word which neither I nor anyone else at work have been
able to fix, but I need to attach a screenshot in order to make it clear,
what the problem is. Is that accepted in this group?

Attachments are not accepted here. Try your best to
explain what it is you're attempting to do, how you're
attempting to do it, and what's happening when you try.
Inform by telling us your operating system, and version of
Word, accompanied by what menu items you're selecting to
get there.

As Jesse says, attachments are discouraged (and in some cases not permitted)
in these NGs. There are very few problems that we haven't seen before.
