OL 2000 won't print text after Win 2000 sp4 installation

I recently installed service pack 4 on my win 2000
professional os. Now outlook 2000 will not print email
messages that I recieved in text format. It also will not
print preview. If the message was in HTML format it will
print ok. Other programs print ok so its not the
printer. I did detect and repair and that did not help.
How do I fix this?
