My computer stopped connecting to the internet and my email stopped
working. I had it repaired; the technician removed Zone Alarm firewall
& antivirus. I purchased and installed Norton Antivirus 2006 the next
day. Now, my Outlook 2002 (SP3) receives email but will not send it.
I am not sure if my sending problem was ever fixed by the technician or
if it is related to Norton Antivirus installation.
The error message from OL 2002 is 0x800CCC0F.
To fix this I have turned off incoming/outgoing email scans by Norton.
I have lenthened the time for sending email. I have deleted and
reinstalled my email account. I've been through the common setup and
troubleshooting with my ISP. We are struck. Ideas?
