OL 2002 Deleted Rules continue to work

I have 2002 installed, and have deleted a rule that something has to appear
in the subject line or the email gets deleted. I have since deleted the rule
and it does not appear in the rules area, yet the rule is still active and
blocking emails. Is there somewhere else to delete the rule to stop it?
