OL 2002 Sometimes Hangs when looking for Address

WINXP & OL2002 on a Novell & cc:Mail network
Once or twice a day at work, I will create a mail, click on "to" and OL
simply hangs up. The only way to get out it to Ctrl/Alt/Del and shut down
OL. I reopen and all is well. Any ideas? Thanks.
