Start menu, Search.... search the drive for outcmd.dat and rename it.
Doesn't matter to what - add a dash or a number anywhere in the name - just
so the name is name no longer outcmd.dat. Run search again, this time for
*.srs. Rename the files it finds to something else too... oh, and you may
need to use the advanced option to search all hidden files and folders.

I have WIN XP PRO with OL 2002. After downloading a new version of
SpamBayes spam filter OL will not open. Message reads OL failed to start
correctly last time. It will open in safe mode, but I cannot find
anything
wrong when I run Detect and Repair. My computer error log tells me that
the
faulting appl is outlook.exe, faulting module is outllib.dll, fault
address
is 0x000fed3f. This problem is limited to my user name. All other users
on
my PC can open OL just fine. How can I fix this problem?
