Ol 2003/2007 Error

I am receiving this error when trying to send an email out of a 3rd
party application while in Citrix or Terminal Server. Has anyone seen
this error before that can offer any help?

TRwMapiSessionProp.GetPropList failed for an unknown reason
(HRES=-2147221218)!
