Set up archiving in OL2003 to archive messages on exchange server, and when I
ran it 1st time ALL the archived files disappeared & archive.pst folders came
up empty. And yes, it was set up to archive, not delete, and that was dbl &
triple checked after the files vanished. Our IT people said they didn't know
why this happened, then just shrugged & said "if they're gone they're gone" -
but I lost 2 months worth of emails. Anyone else had this problem? Don't know
if I should trust archive again or not - last thing I need is my emails
vanishing when I thought they were being saved.
