OL 2003 Browser Font Size

A feature I would like to use inside of Outlook 2003 is the browser. Unfortunately, OL seems to have preselected the size of the font available, in my case "Medium" (the description used in IE). Not only that, the font size in IE is now affected by Outlook's choice and so if I start IE after Outlook, then IE's font is always "medium" whereas up to now I have always used "Larger" as the font size. How can this situation be changed? I need to have "Larger" be the default, not "Medium",both in IE and in Outlook.

I have some experience in changing Registry entries if that is what it will take.
