I'm running MS Outlook 2003. When I go into the advanced setup for the MS
search tool and try to click the box to search our public folders (so we can
search our Contacts folders too), it will not let me check the public folders
box and I get a message that says "To index Outlook public folder favorites,
you must be running Outlook 2003 in cached mode."
When I go to Tools, E-Mail accounts to change to cached mode, it says I'm
already in cached mode.
Help!
Lookout was so much easier and better. Why was it canned?
